Ingredients
1lbground pork
tspfinely chopped ginger root
1cupfinely diced bamboo shoots
1tspsalt
1tspsesame oil
tsppepper
3tspsoy sauce
1pkgwonton wrappers
Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except wrappers. Mix well.
  2. Wrap wontons.
  3. In a saucepan, bring 2 litres of water to a boil; reduce heat and cook wontons uncovered for 4-5 minutes or until the wontons float. Drain. Serve with soup or noodles with green onion, sesame oil, white pepper, and red wine vinegar.
