Ingredients
1lbtilapia fillet, diced
6limes, juiced
2tspsalt
tsppepper
red onion, finely chopped
1hot yellow pepper, seeded & finely diced
medium tomato, diced
2tspchopped cilantro
Directions Place tilapia in a serving dish and add lime juice, salt, pepper, onion, and yellow pepper. Let sit for 15-30 min. Add tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with cancha (Peruvian toasted corn) and sweet potatoes or yuca.
