Ingredients
1cupflour (you can use half whole wheat)
tspsalt
1tspbaking powder
1tspsugar
cupapplesauce
cupmilk
Directions Mix it all up and, if you need to, add a bit of water so it will be pourable. Don't add too much, because the lack of eggs will make them fall apart if the batter's too thin. Pour onto a griddle, cook until bubbles appear on top of the cakes, then flip. Serve with peanut butter and syrup.
