Ingredients
25spring roll wrappers
2lbscabbage, shredded
lblean pork, minced
pepper
1tbspsoy sauce
1cupminced onion
1/3tspsalt
1tspcornstarch
Directions
  1. Cook cabbage in pan over low heat. In a bowl, season pork with pepper & soy sauce. Remove cabbage from pan.
  2. Stir fry onion; add salt & pork, stir fry until cooked. Add cabbage & mix thoroughly. Add 2 tsp salt & pepper; mix well. Remove mixture, leaving liquid in the pan. Boil liquid down to 1/2 cup; thicken with starch. Pour over mixture & let cool.
  3. Wrap in spring roll wrappers; deep fry in oil at 375F until golden brown, about 4 min.
