2Large Chicken Breasts cubed
1Medium Onion
1canGreen Chili
1cancream of chicken soup
1cancream of mushroom soup
1pkgcorn tortillas
1lbcheddar cheese (or mexican cheese mix)
  1. In a skillet with olive oil, brown chicken cubes and onion. When chicken is 98% cooked add green chilis and the soups.
  2. In a 9x13 pan add a few spoonfuls of the soupy stuff to the bottom of the pan. Lay corn tortillas flat, spread 1/2 of the chicken mixture, and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat that process except
  3. Cover with tin foil and bake in a 350 oven for 40 minutes.
