Ingredients
2chicken breasts, boned, skinned, cubed
4potatoes
4carrots
2celery
1onion, chopped
8ozmushrooms, sliced
1/3cuphoney
1cupchicken stock or broth
cupflour
cupolive oil
2tbspworcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
paprika
Directions
  1. Cut potatoes, carrots, and celery into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Season fllour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dredge chicken cubes in flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in heavy skillet and brown chicken over medium heat.
  5. Add onions, potatoes, carrots, celery, and mushrooms in order. Saute' each for a few minutes before adding the next vegetable.
  6. Lower heat, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  7. Add chicken stock, honey and Worcestershire.
  8. Stir gently until boiling.
  9. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
