1lbribs (pork slab, sweet & sour, or back side ribs)
1tbspcooking wine or sherry
1ozrock sugar (or 2 tbsp sugar)
3tbspwhite vinegar
4tbspsoy sauce
  1. Wash ribs and cut them into individual ribs. Add the ingredients to the ribs and let it marinate for at least 30 mins.
  2. Place the ribs and marinade in a frying pan. Cover and cook over low heat for 40 mins or until the liquid has reduced to a thick sauce.
  3. Stir occasionally.
  4. If the liquid has not reduced sufficiently, turn the heat to high and stir until reduced.
  5. Put on a plate and serve with vegetables.
