stick of butter
dribbleolive oil
3clovesgarlic, chopped
12shrimp, peeled and deveined
cupchicken stock
1green onion, chopped
bread crumbs
Your choice of pasta
  1. Prepare your pasta. You can do whatever you want but I prefer long noodles.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan with the olive oil (the olive oil is to prevent the butter from burning). Add garlic when it's getting toasty. As the garlic cooks add the shrimp and cook until the tails just start to turn pink. Add the stock and the green onions. When the shrimp are good and pink and the broth is hot, start to add bread crumbs 1 T at a time while stirring until you're at the consistency you want.
  3. Pour over the pasta and enjoy.
