1canrefrigerator biscuits
cupchopped pecans
cupbrown sugar
  1. Slice the peach and spread half of it on the bottom of a loaf pan. Spread half of the pecans along with it. Open the can of biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Spread half of those over the peaches and pecans. With an electric mixer blend the sugar and butter together. Spread half of that onto the biscuits. Do another layer of everything in the same order. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour. After it starts looking golden brown give it another ten minutes so that the biscuits in the middle are cooked.
  2. Invert onto a plate and eat warm.

  • I just made this up, so it's not perfect, but I thought it was pretty good. Then again, I was also really hungry.
