2tbspcurry powder
Directions Cut squid in 2x1" rectangles and score diagonally (both ways) on one side. Stir-fry squid in hot oil until it curls. Meanwhile, mix curry powder & oil and make into a paste. Remove squid; add sauce to the pan and cook for one minute. Add squid & mix until evenly coated. Serve cold as an appetizer.
