Ingredients
1large cabbage (aoubt 3 lbs)
2cupsdiced onion
1med carrot
cupsesame seeds
cupsugar
oil
1cupapple cider vinegar
2tspsalt
1tspdry mustard
1tspcelery seed
Directions Shred cabbage, onion, & carrots in food processor, one vegetable at a time. Put in a bowl and stir in sesame seeds and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil; pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate overnight. May be stored one week in the refrigerator.
