Ingredients
4cupsflour
3tspbaking soda
2cupssugar
1cupmargarine
2tspvanilla extract
2eggs
2cupspecans, chopped
2tspcinnamon
2tbspsugar (for rolling)
Directions
  1. Combine flour & baking soda; mix well and set aside. In another bowl, beat 2 cups sugar, margarine, & vanilla until creamy. Add eggs & mix well. Stir in flour mixture until blended then mix in the pecans.
  2. Shape dough into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar; place on cookie sheets. Bake at 350F for 8-10 min or until light brown. Cool on wire rack.

Filled with pecans, these are reminiscent of pecan sandies
