Ingredients
cupall-purpose flour
1tbspsugar
½tspbaking powder
½tspsalt
2cupsmilk
2eggs
½tspvanilla
2tbspbutter, melted
Directions
  1. Measure flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
  2. Using a crêpière (aka. crêpe pan, or you can use a non-stick skillet), pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter, immediately rotating pan until batter covers bottom. Cook until light brown;turn and brown on other side.
  3. Serve with fruit, melted dark chocolate, or nutella for a dessert; savory fillings for a main dish.
