ozagar agar
1tbspalmond extract (1 tsp pure almond)
  1. Soak agar-agar in water for 30 min.
  2. Bring water & sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Drain agar-agar and cook until dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and add almond extract.
  4. Pour into a 9x13" pan; let completely cool and cut into bit-sized cubes.
  5. Serve with syrup & fruit cocktail.
  6. Syrup: Combine 1/2 cup fruit syrup (1 can) and 1/3 cup sugar and bring to a boil over the stove. Let cool.
