2clovesgarlic, crushed
cuppineapple juice
2tspcurry powder OR
1tsppowdered ginger
  1. Place lamb in 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Crush garlic in bottom of 1-quart bowl; add soy sauce, wine or pineapple juice, honey, curry powder or ginger. Mix well; pour evenly over lamb. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. Place lamb on grill, reserving marinade. Cook 6 to 7 inches from source of heat 15 to 20 minutes per side, or until desired degree of doneness; brush frequently with marinade.
  3. If using an oven, bake at 350F for about 60 min, turning at least once.
