Ingredients
2lbking crab legs
½cupbutter
4garlic cloves, minced
½tsppepper
½tspcrushed red pepper
½tspthyme
¼tsporegano
¼tspcayenne pepper
¾cupchicken broth
tsplemon juice
parsley
Directions
  1. Crack the crab shell and remove meat. With a sharp knife, cut crab legs into 2 inch long pieces.
  2. Melt butter in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic, pepper, thyme, & oregano; sauté 1 to 2 minutes. Add crab and remaining ingredients except rice. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil, stirring gently. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until crab is well heated.
  3. Garnish with parsley.
